Job Description


The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Company’s facility by performing light and heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, walls, glass, as well as performing routine maintenance activities.

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Gathering and emptying trash receptacles at the facility
  • Sweeping and mopping all non-carpeted surfaces; stripping floors to remove dirt, grease, oil, etc. using cleaning solutions and solvents when necessary
  • Vacuuming carpets in areas such as office spaces, cubicles, and corridors
  • Washing walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, lights using cleaning solutions and solvents as necessary
  • Cleaning and maintaining sanitary conditions for restrooms and replenishing supplies as necessary
  • Assisting in the movement of office furniture
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned
