Overview

Clean Harbors Norwell, MA facility is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join their safety conscious team! Will assist in providing coverage to branches that do not have a Branch Manager in place, training new Branch Managers, assisting Senior Management with Operation Excellence projects and mentor relationship with Branch Management. Position may require travel away from home up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Drive business goals in quote to cash functions.
  • Drive improvements in billing accuracy, timeliness and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with FS District to ensure effective KPI service delivery.
  • Assist in the performance management of all service employees in the region, through coaching and developing branch and market operations management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? 

  • Willing to travel away from home up to 80% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Recommended (Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work within a group or on your own.
