The Opportunity

Our Edmonton, AB location is currently looking for a Field Services Project Manager to join our team. The Field Services Foreman is responsible for assessing clients project needs and coordinating resources for successful execution of all Clean Harbors client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Coordinate with field Service Specialist to assess and provide accurate quotations for clients;
  • Liase with clients for start dates, end dates, change orders, issues, and reporting;
  • Coordinate with intercompany, vendors and clients to ensure adequate resource allocation for projects
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Field Service branch;
  • Oversee project revenue, expense and margin lines;
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and hiring of field service personnel;
  • Work with Senior Management for developmental plans, and growth strategy;
  • Procurement of resources, and equipment vital to meet client and project needs;
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

Qualifications

  • Willing to travel and work on a scheduled and unscheduled basis;
  • 5+ Years of Industrial Services Experience preferred;
  • Supervisory Experience Required;
  • Emergency Response Certification Required;
  • Class 5 License Required;
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate complex activities;
