Overview

HPC Industrial is looking for an Branch Administrator to join their safety conscious team! The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administrative functions as assigned for Support Services/Department.

Essential Duties:

  • Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Data Entry.
  • Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Ensures timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions.
  • Answer incoming calls to branch location/department.
  • Acts as Human Resources liaison.
  • Prepares Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) for approval and ensures timely processing of these forms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Office Environment

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college business courses preferred

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 or more years of clerical experience that includes accounting and bookkeeping is required.
  • Accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
  • Radius experience preferred
  • Trac time keeping experience preferred  
  • Oil and Gas industry preferred
