Overview

Clean Harbors is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their safety conscious team! Responsibilities include coordinating incoming customer requests with the appropriate equipment and personnel in a smooth and efficient manner. This involves establishing and maintaining good communication lines between all parties to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always.
• Aggregate information from specific sets of data to produce reporting within defined parameters
• Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to communicate on the execution freight movements.
• Support Sales team on new customer on-boarding. This will include data entry to CRM, document requests, establish/monitor payment terms.
• Communicate freight movement opportunities from customers to stakeholders. Assist or escalate any problem resolution.
• Organize information as necessary for the implementation of a new Transportation Management System (TMS). Monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within the truck network to further reduce empty miles and maximize the efficiency of Clean Harbors assets.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years previous logistics or dispatching experience;
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate workflow systems such as; ERP / WMS / TMS / CRM
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
