Clean Harbors is looking for Equipment Operators & Drivers to join their safety conscious team based out of our Fort St. John, BC location!

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Completing daily checklist as required for proper operation of yellow iron equipment;
• Assuring equipment has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates and problems or issues with the unit immediately upon discovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or 3 license  is required;
• Experience operating 18 speed manual transmission is required;
• Experience operating equipment such as Combo , Vac, High Pressure, Chemical Unit, Tanker, Hot Oiler, dry ice or core cleaning is an asset;
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day.
