Clean Harbors Sales Operations is looking for a proactive Sr. CRM Success Manager that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and participating in management of the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, a qualified candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can learn our data model and support business objectives and help quickly identify areas of improvement. The Sr. CRM Success Manager should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of Salesforce enhancements and projects. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  • Coordinating our Salesforce helpdesk and manage our Sales Operations CRM Analysts responsible for steady state of the platform and end user support
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, Lightning Experience, dashboards, and reports
  • Understand basic triggers/Apex code knowledge; support IT in understanding business requirements and diagnosing of issues
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer to manage resolution of technical debt tasks
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features; make recommendations aligned to functional priorities to utilize features and maximize business value of the CRM ecosystem investment
  • Oversee Territory Management modules and workflow to ensure that all territories are up-to-date, operating with the highest degree of accuracy and timeliness, aligned to the existing SOPs
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • Support new user and ongoing user training through the Training and Sales Operations teams
  • Own our Pardot implementation including email and drip campaign management, analytics development, and implemented solutions to gauge progress toward marketing related KPI
  • Review of emerging enhancements from Salesforce to ensure we are taking advantage of our investment in Salesforce


  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 7+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales)
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree

  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of issues in a face paced environment
  • Integration experience (MDM, Informatica jobs, and SSIS interconnectivity with other enterprise technology)
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

  • Experience in change management and governance

  • Dev Ops experience desirable
