InSite Project Manager

Overview

HPC-Industrial is looking for a InSite Project Manager to oversee/increase daily maintenance/project work of site account through optimal utilization of operational resources and providing recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.  Serve as liaison between branch management/sales group and customer to ensure compliance with Company’s purpose and priorities.

Responsibilities

Essential duties:

• Collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure increase in incremental revenue.
• Build/Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Plan, organize and execute daily maintenance /project work.
• Manage/promote Company’s purpose/priorities.
• Ensure optimal utilization of operational resources.
• Leverage technology/automation expertise/capability.

Qualifications

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years maintenance/project experience in the Chemical cleaning industry.
• Knowledge of specialty equipment and applications.
• Knowledge of terms/conditions of customer account contract(s).
• Spearhead preparation of job walk, job bid/quote packet.
• Excellent written and oral communications/computer literate. Programs such as VISIO and Bluebeam
• Excellent problem-solving/relationship-building skills.
• Prior supervisory experience including Project (TA) Management.
• Proven ability to maintain/troubleshoot industrial cleaning equipment.
• Able to obtain Class A CDL within 6 months.
• Ability to read P&ID's
• Must be able to pass a background check & hair follicle drug screen.
