Responsibilities

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Field Administrator to work at the HPC-Industrial office in Port Arthur, TX and to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, tracking, payroll and other duties as assigned for the branch operations. Will adhere to the Company’s Primary Purpose, i.e. focus on the problems, issues and concerns of our Customers, Employees and Owner and how these efforts will bring value-added contribution to each. The Field Administrator serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.  

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Plant/Office Environment

 

LOCATION OF WORK: Port Arthur, TX

 

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (OT only available during Turnaround season)

Oil and gas industry (terminology) a plus!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Data Entry
  • Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Ensures timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions
  • Answer incoming calls to branch location
  • Acts as Human Resources Liaison
  • Customer tracking systems
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? 

  • 5 or more years of clerical experience that may includes accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and have strong customer relations skills.
  • Must have ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
  • High School Diploma
  • Some college accounting and business courses preferred
