Overview
Our Burlington, ON location is looking for a Service Coordinator IS. They will be responsible for the cost-effective coordination and direction of field personnel and equipment to complete assigned field service projects and emergency responses. This position will be responsible for managing and dispatching drivers to customer locations and will be responsible for maintaining all Department of Transportation documentation including logs and manifests.Responsibilities
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Manage and control all safety training records for employees and ensure everyone is up to date and in compliance;
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and obtain necessary information to requested service;
- Manage and control the daily schedule and send out to all clean harbors employee’s;
- Review preventive maintenance inspections;
- Dispatch and vendor sourcing;
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work;
- Assist Management with day to day operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Commercial fleet vehicles, maintenance, operation and parts purchasing;
- Strong customer service and communication skills;
- Previous administrative experience;
- Knowledge of accounting;
- Ability to manage change, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, recognize issues and resolve/address strategically;
- Previous Industrial Cleaning experience and various types of equipment;
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
