Overview
Clean Harbors is looking for a Military Recruiting Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, the Military Recruiting Program Manager will build and manage a world-class military recruitment and retention strategy, and outreach program necessary to deliver a pipeline of future associates for Clean Harbors. The MRPM will partner with business unit Talent Acquisition teams, HR, and operations to develop, share and implement consistent best practices, processes and tools. The Military Recruiting Program Manager will help develop, deploy, and maintain these strategies and outreach programs to various branches of the military, and focus on filling critical positions throughout the North America.
