Job Title: Lead Technical Writer

Experience: 8- 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office

Working Hours: 12.00pm to 9.00pm

Clean Harbors is looking for an experienced technical writer to join us and help to develop to new heights. You must have a good experience in technical publication skills and be natural in understanding complex information and converting them into simple language.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end documentation that meets organizational standards in collaboration with SMEs and technical staff.
• Able to acquire a deep understanding of Clean Harbors products and services.
• Convert complex information into simple and engaging content.
• Excellent Technical Writing and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Technical Writing standards, tools, and techniques.
• Develop current content and use innovative skills to improve quality standards.
• Be independent and self-driven to gather the information and develop the content.
• Ability to research, create and maintain the information and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a software technical writer.
• Experience working with project stakeholders, SMEs, Product owners, and developers to gather information across various locations.
• Experience in using various technical publication standards like DITA.
• Must have experience with tools like word, XML, and Markdown.
• Experience in working with engineering, software development, IT, and DevOps.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and general software development lifecycle approaches like SDLC and DDLC.
• Experience in using project management tools like TFS and Jira.
• Proven ability to learn and understand complex software technologies.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A process-oriented approach to drive the project.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Must be Self-paced and self-driven to drive the project.
