Overview

Synergy in Kingsland, GA branch is currently seeking a Blending & Unloading Operator. As a Blending & Unloading Operator you will be responsible for receiving, sampling and unloading all inbound bulk shipments of used oil by rail, and truck. This individual will work within all local, state, and federal rules and regulations; and follow all Clean Harbors policies and procedures.

Shift: Mon-Fri: 7am-3pm (will likely change after training to accommodate needs of the business)

Pay: $21 an HR to start with room to grow

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Review paperwork to insure compliance with company, governmental rules and regulations;
• Sample all inbound loads, trucks and trailers;
• Prepare the sample and submit for lab analysis;
• Prepares paperwork receipts for filing and processing;
• Unload trucks and trailers into the used oil receiving tanks;
• General housekeeping of the facility;
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years loading/unloading and chemical/oil experience preferred;
• Drum processing experience preferred;
• Forklift experience preferred;
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Work well in a team environment.
