The Opportunity:

Our Kingsland, GA location is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Synergy team. This position will lead a crew of 6-8 maintenance personnel and provide support for the Facility Asset Management program.

Job Description and Requirements:

  • Provide recommendations and support during planned unit turnarounds;
  • Works in collaboration with specialists and engineers of other disciplines;
  • Networks with subject matter experts in other facilities to leverage shared expertise;
  • Influence and improve work processes across the refinery;
  • Individual schedules may require flexibility to respond to refinery upsets during off-hours;
  • Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance personnel on site;
  • Work with vendors as needed for contracted maintenance requests;
  • Works to establish and maintain an accurate Facility Asset Management program and preventative maintenance plan;
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; trade school or post-secondary certifications preferred;
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a Manufacturing or like facility required; 5+ years of maintenance experience is preferred;
  • Experience leading or managing employees is preferred;
  • Knowledge and experience Engineering in chemical, petrochemical, refining, and/or complex process facilities preferred;
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCS/DCS systems, pumps, and plant equipment preferred.
