Safety-Kleen is looking for a Facility Warehouse Manager (internally known as Manager Oil Terminal III) to join their safety conscious team! The Facility Warehouse Manager will manage the used motor oil and material coming in and out of the facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area
  • Monitor overall facility performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues, providing solutions to problems that repeatedly affect facility performance or could lead to future issues
  • Coordinate, schedule and transport inventory in and out of facilities, including delivery to customers and internal movements
  • Hands on Operations and Facility Maintenance.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory and supplies
  • Responsible for facility inspections, paperwork, and reporting.
  • Scheduling and facilitating inspections with regulatory agencies

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Hazmat experience preferred;
  • DOT Compliance experience preferred;
  • Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • Used Oil Management Regulations experience preferred;
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Travel required
  • High level of computer proficiency.
