The Opportunity:

Clean Harbors is seeking a Customer and Platform Support Representative for the Retail Services Divisioninternally know as a Field Administration Manager, to oversee and manage the administrative operations of the Field Service center and its satellite offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Oversee and support the administrative operations of the Retail Services team.
  • Support inbound calls from customers and request services as needed.
  • Support calls from technicians in the field, confirm proper procedures are being followed, direct technicians to SharePoint when warranted, and advise Training team of technician training deficiencies.
  • Preview customer invoices to ensure accuracy. Support Account Managers and Retail Account Owners with billing and accounts receivable issues.
  • Request permits and EPA IDs on behalf of customers as needed.
  • Prepare daily sales order, phone customer and other reports.
  • Add customer information to Salesforce as needed.

Required: 1 year experience

Billing or administrative experience as well as Excel proficiency a huge plus!
