Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sr. Processing Operator.


  • Operate and monitor process equipment fractionating column, thin film evaporators, pot stills, molecular sieve dryers, etc.

  • Direct workflow of process operators and fill in for shift supervisor.

  • Transfer solvents throughout the facility.

  • Handle inbound and outbound product shipments.

  • Maintain production records including tank inventories, log books and computer records.

  • Obtain and complete waste/ product inventory.

  • Check, approve, and complete inbound and outbound paperwork.

  • Maintain housekeeping standards.

  • Ship containerized waste and product.

  • Maintain environmental compliance.

  • Containerize product for customer.


  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 7+ years of relative experience

  • Willing to work off shift

  • Positive attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Mechanical ability

  • Flexibility

  • Willing to work in inclimate weather

  • Team player

  • Safety conscious

  • Self starter

  • Neat and organized

Physical Demands:

Typical shift is 12 hours with occasional computer usage. In order to perform the duties of this job employee must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, climb, crawl, kneel, reach, squat, stoop and twist. Must also have the ability to carry, lift, pull and push from 1 – 100+ lbs., with repetitive movement of both hands and feet. May also drive a vehicle.
