Help Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production activities, assist lead people to ensure production and quality goals are maintained.

  • Report completed production as required.

  • Plan, schedule and assign production activities through subordinates to ensure most effective utilization of manpower and materials

  • Develop and implement improved operating methods and procedures to increase productivity and improve quality

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and provide solutions to achieve production objectives

  • Hire, train and review production employees

  • Work with Manufacturing Manager to insure expenses are within plan

  • Provide leadership to motivate employees and attain high levels of performance

  • Work with Inventory Control manager to maintain workable, cost effective inventories of production components

  • Keep Manufacturing Manager aware of unusual equipment, material and personnel issues

  • Maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work place. Continually verifying that all environmental and safety rules are being followed.
