Develops and implements strategies to promote positive relations between management and labor unions. Responsible for ongoing labor management resolutions, collective bargaining and labor contract administration. Will formulate labor and employment policy development and training. Negotiates collective bargaining agreements, resolves disputes, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.
