This position is responsible for growing, expanding, and maintaining the required revenue base while leading and developing Account Managers' sales strategies for the TS organization within the assigned district.<br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5.</li><li>Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually + commission structure. </li><li>Comprehensive health benefit coverage after 30 days of full-time employment.</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component.</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Positive and safe work environments.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career. </li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.</li><li>Drive district revenue, margin, and sales growth through strategic account management, market analysis, and channel/partner development.</li><li>Lead sales performance and P&L objectives, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and business expansion.</li><li>Strengthening customer relationships by ensuring service excellence, resolving issues, and supporting contract and receivables management.</li><li>Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams while driving accountability, performance, and alignment with corporate values.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to monitor district performance, develop growth initiatives, and achieve business objectives.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within designated territory. </li><li>5-10 years of sales experience and proven leadership/management experience, including B2B and complex sales.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and grow a book of business through strategic selling, account management, relationship building, and identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities (environmental service, waste-management contracts). </li><li>Strong industry and company knowledge with the ability to identify growth opportunities across multiple lines of business.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain strong attention to detail.</li><li>Skilled in strategic selling, analysis, project planning, and management.</li><li>RCRA and DOT regulatory knowledge/training highly preferred.</li><li>Experience and strong proficiency using salesforce. </li></ul><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong>At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
