The successful candidate must be able to navigate large, complex data sets, identify key drivers and trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. In addition to delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, the Finance Manager will provide value-added analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making across the transportation network. <br><br>The Finance Manager will work closely with Transportation and Segment leadership teams, influence outcomes through cross functional collaboration, and effectively manage processes and deliverables performed by offshore finance resources. They are comfortable digging into large data sets to uncover insights, while also stepping back to understand the broader business implications and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
