This team player will be responsible for but not limited to loading, shipping finished product by truck, rail, blending lube oils, inspecting shipping containers, and preparing and reviewing all paperwork for bulk shipments of lube oil products to ship domestic and international, and must follow railroad and DOT regulations. <br><br><strong>Why work for Synergy?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group 401K and Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Calculates gallons and prepares customs documents for export to Canada; </li><li>Prepares paperwork for shipment, filing, and processing; </li><li>Reviews shipping paperwork for product to be loaded;</li><li>Tests equipment for repairs and determines lock out tag out (LOTO) status;</li><li>Operates the facility yard dog to manage trailer assets;</li><li>Inspects shipping containers for suitability to load finished products;</li><li>Inspects railcars and barges to meet requirements of the Federal Railroad D.O.T. and the United States Coast Guard; </li><li>Responsible for work permits;</li><li>Prepares samples of finished products and submits to Lab for approval to transfer and/or load for shipment to customers;</li><li>Organizes and maintains truck and rail loading areas;</li><li>May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs;</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>What does it take to work at Synergy?</strong><br><ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent;</li><li>Knowledge of railcar, tanker loading, blending, or filing preferred;</li><li>1-3 years' experience in a production driven environment;</li><li>Forklift experience preferred;</li><li>Computer skills;</li><li>Attention to detail;</li><li>Ability to count and read;</li><li>Time management;</li><li>Must be able to communicate and work with a team;</li><li>Mechanically inclined a plus;</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work at heights, climb and stand for long periods of time;</li><li>Work in all weather conditions;</li><li>Class A w/ Tanker endorsement;</li><li>Confined Space Entry experience;</li><li>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.<br><br>Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
