{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"163720","client":"Clean Harbors Corporate - USA","title":"InSite Operations Mgr I","description":"Clean Harbors in <strong>Denver, CO</strong> is seeking a<strong> InSite Operations Manager </strong>to oversee the management of waste generated at our customer site, dealing with hospital compliance and waste management. Supporting Program Managers, assist with general needs to Branch and InSite Group, and fill in for employees on vacation/leave. This position will report to the Mountain District Manager but will work closely with the affected Branches. <br><br>Under direction of Customer management and with general guidance from the CHES' designated InSite Services management representative, CHES personnel will provide environmental management services to support operations as identified below. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) will be utilized to define proper execution of service tasks. All CHES personnel will be trained in SOP's for each service task and training documentation will be maintained on file at the Facility by CHES.<br>&bull; Visually inspect all Pharmaceutical Waste, Silver Nitrate and Aerosol collection containers.<br>&bull; Proper labeling and placement of all satellite accumulation containers.<br>&bull; Collection of lined pharmaceutical waste containers by pulling liners and relining satellite collection containers.<br>&bull; Consolidation of pharmaceutical waste into DOT rated 55 gallon containers.<br>&bull; Proper labeling and staging of 55 gallon containers of pharmaceutical waste in the main accumulation area at the acute care facilities.<br>&bull; Universal waste management and shipment preparation.<br>&bull; Collection, consolidation, and shipment preparation of lab waste and tissues in formalin.<br>&bull; Make hazardous waste determinations and lab pack hazardous waste streams when necessary.<br>&bull; Manage waste inventories and print waste labels and shipment paperwork onsite.<br>&bull; Support providing guidance to hospital staff on the proper utilization of Clean Harbors pharmaceutical waste collection guidelines.<br>&bull; Compliance inspections of satellite and main accumulation areas.<br>&bull; Communication of any observed compliance concerns to HCA environmental management.<br>&bull; Communication of supply inventory needs for satellite collection containers to HCA environmental management.<br>&bull; Management of Clean Harbors' provided supplies for all of HCA locations.<br>&bull; Support Customer during regulatory inspections and investigations within vendors scope of service.<br><br><ul><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM </li><li><strong>Requirements:</strong></li><li>Must have a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)</li><li>General labor is a must</li><li><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></li><li>Travel to 8 different hospital and clinic sites throughout the Denver area</li><li>Pack hazardous waste on hospital sites</li><li>Communicate effectively with hospital management</li></ul><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors? </strong><br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Focus on maintaining sustainability and cleaning the Earth</li><li>Pay Range $60-70k </li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment including 401 K with</li><li>Company match</li><li>Own part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner</li><li>Resolve job related issues such as billing, collections, customer issues and post-job follow-up</li><li>Meet with customers too proactively resolve customer issues or complaints</li><li>Maintain satisfactory customer relationship</li><li>Responsible for maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets</li><li>Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules</li><li>Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirement</li><li>Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures</li><li>Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li>Financial management, logistics or sales experience</li><li>Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement and market penetration</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Perform physical functions per job requirements</li><li>Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position</li><li>Completion of the HEP series vaccine.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Attention to detail, able to take and follow direction, and to perform multiple tasks</li><li>Ability to interface with customers</li><li>Valid Driver's license</li><li>Knowledgeable with the following regulations (RCRA, DOT, TSCA, etc.),</li><li>Comfortable managing finances</li><li>Able to coordinate the oversite of projects</li><li>Able to manage complex tasks,</li><li>Knowledgeable of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.</li></ul><br>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer. <br><br>Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs and activities.
