This role is responsible for addressing questions or concerns from Pricing Specialists related to pricing strategy, quoting, and utilizing Salesforce. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere in the US. Main focus will be supporting FS pricing to government and retail opportunities across all regions. <br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors? </strong><br><br>- Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5! <br><br>- Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment <br><br>- 401K with company matching component <br><br>- Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career <br><br>- Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement <br><br>- Positive and safe work environments<br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br>Develop precise estimates for labor, equipment, PPE, materials, and disposal necessary for complex field service projects. <br><br>- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure projects are completed safely and within the scope of the quotation. <br><br>- Complete all quotes within 72 hours. <br><br>- Maintain high margins and a strong win ratio through prompt and accurate quoting. <br><br>- Implement profitable pricing strategies while analyzing competition pricing trends. <br><br>- Act as the primary point of contact for pricing and quoting inquiries from sales and operations across all regions. <br><br>- Work with the Field Service Coordinator or Branch Manager to assess the manpower, equipment, and resources needed for scheduled and emergency response projects. <br><br>- Contribute to pricing and execution strategies for opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. <br><br>- Advise users on best practices for submitting detailed project information via Salesforce for accurate quotes. <br><br>- Incorporate feedback from sales and operations to improve quoting accuracy. <br><br>- Meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting business units in achieving profitability goals.<br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br>- 3 to 5 years' experience with Proposals specific to FS LOB. Also having experience with TS LOB is preferred but not required.<br><br>- Able to facilitate and lead meetings that are organized and productive.<br><br>- Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively work well and communicate with peers and all levels of management including executive staff.<br><br>- Detail oriented<br><br>- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with constant deadlines.<br><br>- Self-starter and results oriented<br><br>- Works independently<br><br>- Proficiency in MS Windows based applications<br><br>- Experience within the industry and/or proposal development.<br><br>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
