sales training, enforcement, and use for all appropriate sales related activities (pipelines, call notes, customer set-up, reporting, budgets, account planning, etc.); and key interface with management information systems (MIS) in determining and prioritizing improvements to CRM.</li><li>Establishing, monitor, and reporting sales metrics, goals, key performance indicators (KPIs); Report sales program and personnel performance by business vertical, region and line of business (LOB) to monitor progress in attaining goals.</li><li>Creation, oversight, and administration of sales personnel performance management process with formal personnel recommendations to Sales management.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and oversee planned and implemented sales personnel Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).</li><li>Develop and maintain Sales personnel interview and hiring protocols.</li><li>Lead Sales Training initiatives, including training requirements, tracking, program development, implementation, selection or generation of materials, budgets, and other administrative tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Work with the corporate marketing and sales organization in developing sales support material, technical presentations, etc.</li><li>Responsible to develop, implement, and oversee the protocol associated with periodic sales personnel territory reviews and formal periodic performance evaluation processes (forms, format and content).</li><li>Recommend and support sales-related initiatives and special programs.</li><li>May have direct supervisory responsibility for of sales administration, CRM, and/or sales training personnel.</li><li>Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelors degree preferred</li><li>5+ years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Strong leadership ability</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Extremely organized and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to translate financial and statistical data into understandable terms for line managers</li><li>Ability to organize action items into ongoing and sustainable programs</li><li>Ability to understand an issue and address/resolve strategically</li><li>High degree of integrity</li><li>Ability to influence across multiple organizations</li><li>Technical competencies in Sales Best Practice, CRM systems, Sales Incentive Design</li><li>5 Plus years in a leadership role associated with Sales Operations management and/or Sales administrative support</li><li>Preferred:<br><ul><li>7-10 years Experience in the environmental or related industry</li></ul></li></ul><br><strong>Wondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?</strong> <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://player.vimeo.com/external/150727173.sd.mp4?s=ecd78b6bc9d5bb433c2d70547d7924d34d4c21c5&profile_id=112\">Click Here</a> to view a Day in the Life Video!<br><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong>At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
