For more information, visit <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http://www.cleanharbors.com\">www.cleanharbors.com</a>.<br><br>Clean Harbors offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including:<br>&bull; Competitive annual salary <br>&bull; Opportunities for growth, development and internal promotion<br>&bull; Health, Dental and Life Insurance<br>&bull; 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off<br>&bull; Company paid certifications, licenses and training<br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.</li><li>Develop and manage organization to ensure the success of the InSite program.</li><li>Work with the Director of Business Development to develop market strategies, secure InSite opportunities, present the Company and the program to potential customers, and prepare competitive InSite proposals.</li><li>Ensure that all CHES agents of business have a thorough knowledge of InSite program and generate new opportunities.</li><li>Develop strategies to educate the sales force and sell the program inside of the CHES network.</li><li>Formulate key strategic alliances that support the growth and development of the InSite program, and act as a strategist in extending new concepts and ideas.</li><li>Oversee the Operations management team to ensure that personnel are readily available and properly trained.</li><li>Involved in all operational issues ranging from H&S protocol to equipment needs, including working within the organization to communicate the needs of the customer.</li><li>Develop a strong competitive understanding of onsite program management relative to opportunities in the marketplace, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and market trends.</li><li>Interface with MIS and e-Commerce in a communicative and constructive manner for the development of the technical aspects of the program; Is intimately involved in understanding of technical issues and resolution.</li><li>Provide oversight of all programs to ensure that all services are performed to maximize quality and profitability.</li><li>Develop EH&S protocols to ensure that site personnel are properly trained and can ensure that customers will be kept in full compliance.</li><li>Lead the implementation phase for all new InSite contracts.</li><li>May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Business or related required.</li><li>10-15 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Ability to negotiate (i.e. with executive level managers).</li><li>Sales and operations management experience in environmental services industry.</li><li>Proficient in Windows based applications.</li><li>Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li><li>Leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%.</li></ul><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong>At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
