This role will manage a team of nine Sales Representatives across the district, driving revenue growth, expanding and retaining the customer base, and leading sales performance across assigned branches.<br><br><strong>Management Territory: </strong>Barre, VT, Salisbury MA, W. Brookfield MA, Marlborough MA and Cranston RI. <br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive Compensation: $80,000-$95,000k base salary+ bonus opportunities.</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment.</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career.</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Positive and safe work environments.</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.</li><li>Drive revenue and margin growth by leading district sales across the Safety-Kleen specific line of business. </li><li>Support strategic account sales efforts, achieve sales budget targets, monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop marketing strategies, review P&L performance and implement initiatives to increase cross-selling and upselling opportunities.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promoting effective communication and coordination between operations and sales teams to deliver exceptional client service. </li><li>Resolve customer issues and disputes as needed, support contract and relationship management, assist with collections of outstanding receivables, and complete the monthly Revenue and Receivables Report.</li><li>Develop and lead a high-performing sales team by identifying, recruiting, and retaining top talent, including Account Managers and Sales Representatives. </li><li>Manage performance through coaching, performance management meetings, and model and reinforce the organization's core values.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.</li><li>Environmental services or related industry experience preferred.</li><li>Strong account planning, relationship management, and customer ownership skills.</li><li>Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and drive data-informed decisions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Proven success in cross-selling and upselling across multiple lines of business.</li></ul><br><strong>Safety-Kleen Systems,</strong> a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
