career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Enterprise Analytics Strategy</strong><br><ul><li>Define and execute the <strong>Clean Harbors analytics roadmap</strong> aligned to Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, CX)</li><li>Establish FDI as the <strong>system of record for enterprise analytics and KPIs</strong></li><li>Define reporting strategy across: <ul><li>FDI (strategic analytics)</li><li>OTBI / BI Publisher (operational reporting)</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate with Power BI / Data Lake (cross-platform analytics) for cross-track needs</li></ul><br><strong>Oracle FDI Platform Ownership</strong><br><ul><li>Own the end-to-end <strong>FDI platform lifecycle</strong>, including: <ul><li>Data pipelines and ingestion from Oracle Fusion Cloud</li><li>Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and semantic model</li><li>Security, role-based access, and data governance</li></ul></li><li>Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability</li></ul><br><strong>Data Architecture & Integration</strong><br><ul><li>Define architecture for: <ul><li>Fusion Cloud + legacy systems coexistence</li><li>Data blending between FDI, Data Lake, and external systems</li></ul></li><li>Establish standards for: <ul><li>Data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, KPIs)</li><li>Master data alignment (Chart of Accounts, customer, vendor, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>Guide integration patterns across ERP, FDI, and external analytics tools</li></ul><br><strong>Reporting & KPI Framework</strong><br><ul><li>Lead development of: <ul><li>Executive dashboards (P&L, operational metrics, working capital)</li><li>Functional analytics (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales)</li></ul></li><li>Standardize enterprise KPIs and definitions</li><li>Ensure alignment across modules (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.)</li></ul><br><strong>Data Governance & Quality</strong><br><ul><li>Establish enterprise-wide data governance for analytics: <ul><li>Data quality, reconciliation, and validation processes</li><li>Security model aligned with Oracle ERP and FDI</li></ul></li><li>Drive consistency in reporting structures during: <ul><li>Chart of Accounts redesign</li><li>Legacy-to-cloud transition</li></ul></li></ul><br><strong>Delivery Leadership</strong><br><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery: <ul><li>Requirements → Design → Build → Test → Deploy</li></ul></li><li>Manage SI partners and internal teams</li><li>Own delivery for analytics across key phases: <ul><li>SIT / UAT / Training / Go-Live</li></ul></li></ul><br><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong><br><ul><li>Partner with: <ul><li>Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales leadership</li><li>ERP program leadership and IT teams</li></ul></li><li>Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions</li><li>Provide executive-level insights and reporting guidance</li></ul><br><strong>Team Leadership</strong><br><ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing team of: <ul><li>FDI / Oracle analytics leads</li><li>Data engineers and BI developers</li></ul></li><li>Mentor and develop talent across US and offshore teams</li><li>Establish best practices and reusable frameworks</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>12+ years in enterprise data, analytics, or ERP reporting</li><li>5+ years leading large-scale <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud analytics initiatives</strong></li><li>Proven experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)</strong> or Fusion Analytics Warehouse</li><li>Deep knowledge of: <ul><li>Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, CX)</li><li>FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)</li></ul></li><li>Strong experience with: <ul><li>Data warehousing (ADW), ETL/ELT, semantic modeling</li><li>Enterprise reporting architecture and KPI frameworks</li></ul></li><li>Experience leading <strong>complex ERP transformation programs</strong></li><li>Strong stakeholder management at executive levels</li><li>Ability to
