The group focuses on water remediation/filtration work at customer sites. <br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Bridgeport, NJ <br><br><strong>Travel 95-100% required: </strong>While not working out of Bridgeport will need to travel as needed to support other water projects in the field.<br><br><strong> Pay:</strong> $25 an HR, OT and per diem available<br><br>**Per Diem available daily, travel costs covered by the company. <br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5;</li><li>Competitive wages;</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment;</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component;</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career;</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement;</li><li>Positive and safe work environments.</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;</li><li>Accurately and completely document site activities including cost tracking, worksheets, waste shipping logs, manifest management, health and safety, documentation of meetings and conference calls and other paperwork via laptop or mobile device;</li><li>Work in field with hands on labor alongside crew and Project Manager/Field Service Supervisor;</li><li>Travel to different project locations including Wastewater Treatment plants, water remediation locations, and more;</li><li>Reading and understanding of project documents and contracts;</li><li>Will gain 40-hour Hazwoper, OSHA 10 and possibly more certifications through the company;</li><li>Learn to calibrate air monitoring meters and associated Health & Safety equipment;</li><li>Work on project financial tracking and assist in various project administrative functions, including generation of required reports, etc.;</li><li>Ordering and receiving supplies for projects;</li><li>Possibly operate some heavy equipment;</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required;</li><li>Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering required;</li><li>Be safety orientated and have a commitment to safety;</li><li>Willing to do manual labor;</li><li>Willing to work outside in all kinds of weather, utilizing prescribed Personal Protective Equipment;</li><li><strong>Valid DL and clean MVR required;</strong></li><li>Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and professional level written / oral communication skills.
