The<strong>Lead Technician</strong> serves as a representative of <strong>HPC-Industrial</strong> in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. <strong>Transitioning Military</strong>, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life. <br><br><strong>Why work for HPC- Industrial?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component</li><li>Own part of Clean Harbors with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (U.S. Only)</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Direct and follow-up on tasks performed by other team technicians across multiple shifts.</li><li>Collect operational data, including water chemistry measurements (TSS, pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc.).</li><li>Take Airflow Measurements</li><li>Monitor and adjust equipment setpoints.</li><li>Inspect and replace chemical or paint totes as needed.</li><li>Enter data into databases and tracking tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain plant data boards, including troubleshooting issues and creating/tracking countermeasures.</li><li>Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports.</li><li>Perform other related tasks as assigned</li><li>Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complete assignments while maintaining high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Maintain clear and positive communication with team members. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and writing communication abilities.</li><li>Present a professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.</li><li>Accept work assignments that may require additional training (training will be provided as needed).</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred.</li><li>1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an industrial setting</li><li>Mechanically inclined with experience in technical or industrial work.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment.</li><li>Must be comfortable working in a large industrial paint facility that requires frequent walking, standing, and exposure to varied environments (clean and dirty areas).</li></ul><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong><a name=\"_Hlk46824492\">At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials. </a>Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
