This position is responsible for managing multiple crews, overseeing field operations, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in demanding industrial environments.<br><br>The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in hydroblasting, industrial cleaning, or related industrial services who thrives in fast-paced field operations and leads with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and team development.<br><br><strong>Why work for HPC-Industrial?</strong><br>&bull; Health and Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5.<br>&bull; Competitive wages<br>&bull; Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment<br>&bull; Group 401(k) with company matching component<br>&bull; Own part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan<br>&bull; Opportunities for growth and career advancement across Clean Harbors and HPC-Industrial<br>&bull; Paid time off, company-paid training, and tuition reimbursement<br>&bull; Positive, safety-focused work environments<br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>&bull; Lead and manage hydroblasting and industrial cleaning operations safely and efficiently<br>&bull; Oversee multiple crews and coordinate daily project execution, manpower, equipment, and scheduling<br>&bull; Promote and enforce all HPC-Industrial safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures<br>&bull; Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with customer and company expectations<br>&bull; Maintain accurate project documentation, job tracking, safety records, and reporting<br>&bull; Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and service excellence<br>&bull; Train, mentor, and support Hydroblast Technicians and field personnel<br>&bull; Support budgeting, project tracking, and administrative responsibilities related to field operations<br>&bull; Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services as needed<br>&bull; Travel as required to support customer sites and operational needs<br>&bull; Additional duties as assigned<br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>&bull; TWIC card required or ability to obtain one with company assistance available<br>&bull; Must be able to wear protective clothing and equipment including, but not limited to, Nomex coveralls, respirators, hard hats, slicker suits, rubber boots, and other required PPE<br>&bull; Must be clean shaven to meet respirator fit-testing and safety requirements<br>&bull; Must be able to work in extreme climate conditions including high heat, humidity, cold temperatures, and physically demanding industrial environments<br>&bull; Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and high-pressure equipment<br>&bull; Must be willing and able to travel as business needs require<br>&bull; Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards<br><br><strong>What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?</strong><br>&bull; Minimum 2+ years of verifiable industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or related industrial services experience<br>&bull; Previous leadership, foreman, superintendent, or project management experience preferred<br>&bull; Strong knowledge of hydroblasting equipment and vacuum truck operations<br>&bull; Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<br>&bull; Ability to lead crews and manage operations in high-pressure industrial environments<br>&bull; Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred<br>&bull; Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred<br><br><strong>About HPC-Industrial:</strong><br><br>HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is the premier industrial cleaning and environmental services company in North America supporting the upstream, downstream, utility, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
