Pay, schedule, and testing requirements are governed by the union contract. </strong><br><br><strong>Work Schedule (per CBA):</strong> Monday-Friday; 6AM-2PM<br><br><strong>Hourly</strong> <strong>Wage Range (per CBA):</strong> $20-$26/HR<br><br><strong>Why work for Safety-Kleen?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5</li><li>Competitive wages, and weekly overtime available</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Lead and support a team of Warehouse Production Operators in daily warehouse and production activities while promoting a strong safety-first culture.</li><li>Provide day-to-day direction to operators regarding unloading/loading activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization.</li><li>Assist with training new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), warehouse processes, equipment operation, and safety expectations.</li><li>Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure daily production and shipping goals are achieved efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Coordinate work assignments and prioritize tasks based on operational needs and production schedules.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for operators by answering questions, troubleshooting operational issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed.</li><li>Promote compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and health & safety procedures.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of warehouse operations, inventory practices, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Assist leadership with inventory accuracy initiatives, quality control checks, and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and reinforcing operational best practices.</li><li>Communicate effectively with management, production teams, shipping/receiving personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, attendance, and adherence to safe work practices.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?</strong><br><ul><li>2-3 years warehouse/manufacturing experience</li><li>3+ years supervisory, Lead, or Foreman experience in a production environment preferred</li><li>Forklift experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Work well in a team environment</li></ul><br><strong>Safety-Kleen Systems,</strong> a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
