RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Execute scheduling and routing, maximizing customer yield and asset utilization.
- Ensure fleet is maintained to Clean Harbors expectations
- Daily communication with the Material Handlers to ensure proper inventory is loaded on trucks.
- Handheld management.
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 - 5 years previous experience with routing, scheduling, or dispatching.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Comfortable using computers 85% or more of each workday. Must have moderate skill sets in Outlook and Excel, experience with FleetWise software a plus.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to make discretionary judgments and decisions quickly and correctly in short time frames.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems by collecting and processing available information quickly and accurately.
- Customer service aptitude.
- Written and oral communication skills
