{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"160028","client":"Clean Harbors Corporate - USA","title":"Operator Oil Recycling","description":"<strong>Synergy Recycling LLC</strong>, a Clean Harbors Company, in <strong>Kingsland, GA</strong>, is hiring for an <strong>Operator - Oil Recycling</strong> to join their safety conscious team!<br><br><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>12-HR Rotating Shiftwork Schedule (4 Night Shifts, 3 Days Off, 3 Day Shifts, 1 Day Off, 3 Night Shifts, 3 Days Off, 4 Days Shifts, 7 Days Off, etc.)<br><br><strong>Why work for Synergy Recycling?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Monitor meters, gauges, and control systems to ensure proper operation of oil recycling and processing equipment</li><li>Read and interpret instrumentation to track system performance and identify abnormalities</li><li>Inspect equipment for unusual vibrations, noises, or operational issues; report and address as appropriate</li><li>Operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete required on-the-job training</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical work, including use of hand tools and minor equipment repairs</li><li>Execute and document preventative maintenance tasks, including equipment cleanings and minor tear-downs (e.g., pressure washing internal components, etc.)</li><li>Maintain accurate operational and maintenance logs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements</li><li>Track, manage, and report department PPE inventory to ensure availability and compliance</li><li>Complete all required monthly training modules within established deadlines</li><li>Attend and actively participate in Health & Safety tailgate meetings and all required company trainings</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>What does it take to work at Synergy?</strong><br><ul><li>High School or equivalent -<strong> preferred;</strong></li><li>Forklift experience - <strong>preferred;</strong></li><li>1 to 3 years' experience in a production driven environment - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Must be able to interpret instrumentation - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Proficient in computer systems and standard software applications - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy -<strong> required;</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Solid foundation in algebra and quantitative problem-solving - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Must be able to communication and work with a team - <strong>required;</strong></li><li>Mechanically inclined a plus - <strong>preferred;</strong></li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work at heights, climb and stand for long periods of time - <strong>required; </strong></li><li>Work in all weather conditions - <strong>required;</strong></li></ul><br><strong>Synergy Recycling LLC, </strong>a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
