This is a traditional, white lab coat position that offers no travel and a flexible schedule! We are looking for an experienced individual with good work ethic.<br><br><strong>Shift: Rotating</strong><br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment that is in compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations as well as all applicable company Health and Safety and Compliance protocols.</li><li>Performs analysis of samples following prescribed procedures, with the ability to solve minor problems.</li><li>Calibrates and utilizes instrumentation.</li><li>Maintenance of equipment and suggests solutions to problems.</li><li>Completes all paperwork associated with the analyses in a neat and timely fashion.</li><li>Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines.</li><li>Responsibility for supply management in their area of responsibility, including proper housekeeping and best management practices.</li><li>Responsible for proper management of waste generated as a result of analytical procedures.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Able to operate yellow iron (backhoe, excavator, front end loader)</li><li>Minimal computer skills </li><li>Loading unloading bulk liquids & solids</li><li>Forklift work</li><li>Housekeeping</li><li>Wearing PPE</li><li>Available to join the snow team in the cold months.</li><li>(Side note must be clean shaven - mustache okay)</li><li>1+ years' experience in operating an excavator, backhoe and/or roll-off truck.</li><li>Previous industrial labor experience considered an asset.</li></ul><br><strong>Clean Harbors</strong><strong>,</strong> a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
