career</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Must be competent in PSI, RPM, and Flow before operation of pumper units</li><li>Filling out, understanding and accepting permits</li><li>Gathering and completing required documentation such as:<br> <ul><li>Timesheets from the crew</li><li>Service receipts</li><li>Notes for Supervisor of shift events (e.g. rig in start time, delays).</li><li>Run Sheets, filled out properly</li><li>Properly completed safety paperwork</li><li>Post job paperwork as required</li></ul></li><li>Pigging or refinery industry experience preferred but not required.</li><li>To work safely and adhere to all company and customer rules and regulations, including wearing all required PPE.</li><li>Help Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.</li><li>Help review all aspects of work from the job site to equipment before commencing work to ensure safety.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is functioning.</li><li>Help rig-in into fired heaters as needed.<br> <ul><li>Determine the route in which the hoses and hard pipe will be rigged in</li><li>Assist in removing hoses and hard pipe and stringing out in the pre-determined route utilizing whip checks</li></ul></li><li>Work at Industrial Owner Facilities across North America</li><li>Work at Industrial Owner Facilities across North America.</li><li>Be On Call 24/7 when requested.</li><li>Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night)</li><li>Determine the route in which the hoses wand pipe will be rigged in</li><li>Knowledge of computer operating systems:<br> <ul><li>How to start the program</li><li>How to calibrate the program</li></ul></li><li>Troubleshooting the equipment:<br> <ul><li>Identify problems with the pump (mechanical seals, bearings, etc.)</li><li>Identify issues with the valve tree valves (twisted stems, leaking valves, etc.)</li><li>Identify issues with the engine (engine shut down, engine won't start, etc.)</li><li>Identify when there is an issue with a solenoid</li></ul></li><li>Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions. </li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs. </li><li>Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations. </li><li>Valid driver's license, CDL Class A or B and other requirements of company's driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business. </li><li>Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device. </li><li>Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required. </li><li>Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers. </li><li>Experience operating a vacuum truck. </li><li>Working knowledge of operating equipment used in wet and dry vacuums. </li></ul><br><strong>What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?</strong> <br><br><ul><li>CDL A License required</li><li>TWIC Card required</li><li>Operate a Manuel Transmission</li><li>Minimum 1 or more years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in service line.</li><li>Strong communications and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Current certification as an authorized Company driver.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred.</li><li>Work Safely and adhere to all company and customer rules and regulations,
