{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"159746","client":"Clean Harbors Corporate - USA","title":"Facility Foreman","description":"<strong>Facility Foreman - Deer Trail, CO</strong><br><br><strong>Summary</strong><br><br> The Facility Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the facility while ensuring all Health & Safety, compliance, and operational standards are met.<br><br><strong>This position will handle all duties associated with the inspections and repairs of the treatment building and tanks at the Deer Trail landfill to keep them functioning within permit requirements.</strong><br><br>This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient operations and supporting team performance on site.<br><br><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong> $38.00 - $45.00 per hour (DOE)</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Act as a first-line leader overseeing one or more operational departments within the facility</li><li>Ensure all inspections, maintenance, and repairs of treatment building and tank systems are completed in accordance with permit requirements</li><li>Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors policies and procedures</li><li>Oversee daily operations including drum handling, tank farm operations, truck loading/unloading, and wastewater treatment processes</li><li>Ensure all paperwork, tracking, and data entry are completed accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility at all times</li><li>Communicate and escalate any operational, safety, or compliance concerns to leadership</li><li>Operate light and heavy equipment as needed</li><li>Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>5-7 years of experience in facility operations, industrial, or environmental services</li><li>OSHA 24 or 40-hour certification (or ability to obtain)</li><li>DOT/RCRA knowledge required</li><li>Experience working around tank systems, treatment operations, or landfill environments strongly preferred</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead from the floor</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment</li></ul><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>Ability to perform medium-duty work (lifting up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and equipment operation</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments</li></ul><br><strong>Why Work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority - we live it 3-6-5</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Growth and advancement opportunities</li><li>Strong team environment</li></ul><br><strong>EEO Statement</strong><br><br>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.<br><br>Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
