Holds employees accountable;</li><li>Develop daily production goals for multiple groups and ensures execution;</li><li>Review all applicable SOP's;</li><li>Understand and drive Clean Compliance standard;</li><li>Emphasize productivity, health & safety, compliance and customer satisfaction;</li><li>Ensure that each project has an operating plan and that facility personnel follow it;</li><li>Perform onsite supervision, training and mentoring of employees;</li><li>Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>What does it take to work at</strong> <strong>Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree is preferred;</li><li>5+ years of related experience is required;</li><li>Experience working in a chemical plant, wastewater treatment plant, or related industrial plant is preferred;</li><li>Knowledge of waste disposal regulations is a plus.</li></ul><br>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer. <br><br>Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
