This includes completing and submitting all required employer reports of injury on behalf of the organization.</li><li>Work with local Health & Safety and Branch Managers to assist in the process of returning injured employees to meaningful modified work. Assesses cases or tasks to facilitate return of ill/injured persons to productive lifestyles in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.</li><li>Determine whether various claims will be handled by the Insurance Carrier or handled in- house.</li><li>Lead and develop a team of Production Planners and MRP Planners responsible for production scheduling and material planning across manufacturing facilities.</li><li>Oversee production and material planning activities to ensure alignment between demand requirements, manufacturing capacity, and raw material availability.</li><li>Provide guidance and decision support to planners while maintaining the ability to step in and execute planning responsibilities when required to ensure operational continuity.</li><li>Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to identify and mitigate supply risks impacting manufacturing performance.</li><li>Monitor production planning performance across facilities and drive corrective actions when production schedules, inventory targets, or service levels are at risk.</li><li>Establish and maintain planning parameters including lead times, safety stock levels, and planning policies within ERP systems to ensure effective planning outputs.</li><li>Represent the manufacturing planning function in cross-functional meetings with leadership, providing insights on production performance, supply risks, and operational constraints.</li><li>Partner with supply chain leadership to develop planning strategies and ensure execution through the planning team.</li><li>Develop and monitor key performance metrics related to production attainment, inventory levels, and material availability.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning processes, data management, and operational coordination across manufacturing facilities.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access</li><li>Industry training (ARM, CPCU, etc.)</li><li>Proficient in RMIS systems for generating reports.</li><li>Negotiation skills for claims settlement process</li><li>Working knowledge of internal financial reporting</li><li>Claims management experience</li></ul><br><strong>Wondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?</strong> <a href=\"https://player.vimeo.com/external/150727173.sd.mp4?s=ecd78b6bc9d5bb433c2d70547d7924d34d4c21c5&profile_id=112\">Click Here</a> to view a Day in the Life Video!<br><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong><a name=\"_Hlk46824492\">At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials. </a>Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
