Clean Harbors is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and execute supply plans that enable the company to provide optimal service levels to our customers. The Supply Planner will manage inventory supply levels for a defined line of business across the U.S. and Canada network, coordinating closely with terminals, branches, and operations teams to ensure consistent product availability and efficient product flow.<br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.</li><li>Optimize network sourcing strategies to build efficiencies across manufacturing, transportation, and distribution.</li><li>Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that enables optimized product flow across the supply chain network.</li><li>Work closely with IT to develop, build, test, and implement new supply chain applications and planning tools.</li><li>Monitor and manage tank inventory levels at oil terminals to ensure adequate supply, prevent runouts, and maintain optimal working inventory levels.</li><li>Review and approve manual requisitions placed by branch locations to maintain proper inventory levels and prevent excess inventory.</li><li>Collaborate closely with oil terminal teams, branch managers, and operational personnel to ensure product flow aligns with operational capacity and customer demand.</li><li>Communicate effectively with both management and frontline operational staff, including terminal operators and material handlers, to resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges.</li><li>Partner with offshore planning teams to coordinate planning activities, delegate analytical workstreams, and ensure alignment across global planning resources.</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc supply chain analysis to support strategic initiatives, network transitions, and operational improvements.</li><li>Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for terminal and branch inventory processes.</li><li>Analyze operational performance to identify gaps where SOPs are not being followed and work with operational teams to drive compliance and process improvements.</li><li>Meet with various levels of management to identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain challenges through data-driven decision making.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>3+ years of Supply Chain or Business Analytics experience required;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to generate supply plans required;</li><li>ERP systems/Planning software experience required;</li><li>Excel and PowerPoint skills required;</li><li>Experience presenting to all levels of management required;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required;</li><li>Bachelor's Degree required;</li><li>SQL experience preferred;</li><li>PowerBi experience preferred;</li><li>APICS certification preferred;</li><li>Must have the ability to travel 10%.</li></ul><br><strong>Wondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?</strong> <a href=\"https://player.vimeo.com/external/150727173.sd.mp4?s=ecd78b6bc9d5bb433c2d70547d7924d34d4c21c5&profile_id=112\">Click Here</a> to view a Day in the Life Video!<br><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong><a name=\"_Hlk46824492\">At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials. </a>Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
