Loading and unloading 55-gallon drums, offloading vans, and completing paperwork for waste tracking/inventory purposes. We are looking for safety-oriented and reliable individuals who do not mind physically demanding work to join our team in El Dorado, AR!<br><br><strong>Union Wage</strong>: $28.90<br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days</li><li>Group 401-K retirement savings with company matching</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments </li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner</li><li>Performs hands on operations offloading vans and completing paperwork for waste tracking/inventory purposes.</li><li>Performs drum storage and inventory management</li><li>Complete general warehouse housekeeping and preventative maintenance as needed.</li><li>Operate a forklift</li><li>Must display proficiency (within 30 days) working with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.) and able to learn systems such as WIN WEB or any other internal planning tools.</li><li>Must be willing and able to work either day or night shift, depending on Feed Planning's operational needs</li><li>Must display proficiency (within 30 days) in warehouse inventory, VPI pull lists, Coming Due & Aging Inventory reports.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments including but not limited to: Operations, Receiving, Compliance, & Rack Team.</li><li>Ability to work daily within compliance policies & procedures to include but not limited to: Scanning, Inventory Staging/Storage.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li><li>1-2 years of Industrial or warehouse experience preferred</li><li>2 years' experience in a planning, coordinating, or logistics role (formal or informal) preferred</li><li>1+ years' Forklift experience preferred and must be able to demonstrate proficiency within a set time frame of a progression plan</li><li>Minimum 2 years of direct experience in a hazardous waste, chemical, or industrial processing environment.</li><li>Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions independently under time constraints.</li><li>Computer savvy</li><li>IPAD experience is a plus!</li><li>MS Office suite - Excel, Word, Outlook</li><li>Must be able to work well in a team and independently</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and other departments</li><li>Change direction at moment's notice</li><li>Follow direction and take initiative</li><li>Ability to work a rotating shift</li><li>Ability to work under adverse conditions (heat & cold)</li><li>Accountability and punctuality</li></ul><br><strong>Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.</strong><br><br>Clean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
